MEET IN KAZAKHSTAN PROGRAM`S SUPPORT OF INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS
Meet in Kazakhstan support program aims to further develop and increase national MICE industry and establish Kazakhstan as a top destination for international conventions in the Eurasia region.
Eligibility
A conference hosted by an international organization or affiliate with a minimum of 50 foreign delegates, lasting 2 days or longer
A conference that meet the UIA and ICCA international conference standards.
A conference hosted by an organization that is not a member of an international organization, with a minimum of 50 foreign attendees, lasting 2 days or longer.
Content of Support
Bidding Support
Complimentary site inspection inclusive of accommodation, airfare, etc.
Act as central liaison between conference planners and local service providers.
Obtaining proposals and quotes from hotels, venues and other local service suppliers
Aid in communication with local destinations' convention bureaus, and association congress host committees
Suggestions on the most appropriate venues for meetings or events
Advice on ideas for developing social programmes or incentive itineraries
Bidding Support
Promotional materials, such as brochures, videos, images or other resources
Development of pre- and post-tour programme
Introductions to local industry and government contacts
Public relations assistance
Visitor information booths for large events
Recommendations for social events and additional activities

Application Process
| Kazakhstani PCO or DMC | International organization, PCO or DMC |
| Kazakhstan local organizing committee, related to Kazakhstani organization, local PCO or DMC is allowed to apply for support. | An International Association holding an event independently may contact the convention team and consult for the amount and the subvention program |
