Central Park of Nur-Sultan

The park offers more than a hundred hectares of park area to escape the chaos and din of everyday city life.

Central Park continues to be one of the centerpiece attractions of Nur-Sultan (Astana). Located along Turan Avenue, it is filled with beautiful trees and many sights to see, one of them being the panoramic Ishim River Embankment.

The park is a great public place for spending time with family or friends. Whether it’s at the height of summer or in the middle of winter, the park offers a great variety of outdoor activities. It features jogging and biking paths, and even a swimming pool. In winter, the park offers many paths for cross-country skiing, and ice skating rinks are also available. Equipment rental facilities are open all year round: in winter you can rent skis and skates, in summer – bicycles, scooters, roller skates, and kid’s electric cars.

Other forms of entertainment like arcade games, a trampoline park, children's car-racing track, rope parks, and a 7D cinema can add to the fun. There is a summer amphitheater on the Ishim River Embankment where park-goers can watch various cultural performances during the warmer summer months.

If you have enough time, visit the Ailand Entertainment Center located in the park and the Atameken Ethno-Memorial Complex. In the ethno-memorial complex, you will see miniature copies of Kazakhstan's most recognizable landmarks. Atameken aims at raising awareness about Kazakhstani tourist destinations. In total, there are almost three hundred attractions on the map, and their number is growing every year!
