Alpine plateau that separates two river valleys, the Chilik River flows on the southern side, and the Jinishke River on the north one.
Taban-Karagay is a plateau 35 km (22 mi) long, 6 km (4 mi) wide. Here one can see huge clouds hanging over the valley, herds of sheep and cows, and, of course, many thoroughbred horses. Wildflowers of different colors adorn the plateau.
Also there is the stone "city", consisting of thousands of stones of all sizes scattered all over the plateau.
