Tour De Bozjyra: A Grand Cycling Race Through the Beauty of Kazakhstan
Tour De Bozjyra is a grand cycling race that brings together enthusiasts of an active lifestyle, nature, and sports. This event aims to promote cycling, encourage a healthy lifestyle, and develop the tourism potential of the region.
The Tour De Bozjyra route offers diverse terrain, making it both thrilling and challenging. Cyclists will face steep ascents and descents, flat sections for high-speed riding, and rough terrain with breathtaking views. Despite the route’s difficulty, rest stops and snack breaks are planned so that every participant can regain their strength before the next stretch.
Rixos Water World Aktau has ensured the safety and comfort of participants by providing support services, medical assistance, and technical support. Additionally, participants will have a unique opportunity to visit the panoramic viewpoint of Bozjyra as part of a specially organized excursion. In recognition of their efforts and achievement of the finish line, all participants will receive commemorative medals.
This year, the event will take place on May 17-18, offering participants an unforgettable experience of cycling through the picturesque landscapes of Western Kazakhstan.
On the first day, May 17, the route will cover 150 km from Zhanaozen to Bozjyra. The following day, May 18, participants will start from Aktau and finish at the TetysBlu theme park, covering 35 km.
Tour De Bozjyra is more than just a sporting event—it’s a true adventure for those who want to challenge themselves, enjoy the natural beauty of Kazakhstan, and become part of the cycling community.
