The MOT in Aktobe

The Mot (Matvey Melnikov) is a Russian musician, a popular rap artist, a member of the Black Star label, and a former member of the Soul Kitchen project. He experiments with different styles, genres and roles.

The most famous hits are "Oxygen", "Trap", "Shamans", "Sopranos". He has released seven studio albums in ten years, the last of which, "Parabola", was released in 2020. According to subscribers of the Russian Music community, Mota's video for the song "August is you" was recognized as the best for September 2021.
