The compositional idea of the Mashhur Zhusup Kopeev mosque is an open heart, personifying peace, light and goodness.

The mosque erected in honor of Mashkhur Zhusup is the main mosque of Pavlodar and its sacred pearl located in the center of the city. The activities of this Kazakh poet and ethnographer, Mashhur Zhusup Kopeev, are diverse and multifaceted, and the personality of the thinker has even become revered as a saint among believers.

Pavlodar Muslim temple is one of the largest religious buildings in Kazakhstan. In its architectural concept, the traditions of Islam and the national Kazakh culture are connected, which are represented here by magnificent minarets and a bright blue dome shaped like a shanyrak (main part of yurt) . The structure of the mosque includes two floors: the second is the women's prayer hall, the wedding room, training rooms, madrasas, a dining room, and the first - the library, museum and main prayer hall, which leads to the main entrance to the building.
