Lake Kamystybas

Lake Kamystybas (also known as Kambash), is located in the Kyzylorda Province. Its surface reflects the surrounding landscapes and weather. When the sun shines brightly, the lake is blue and shiny, and if the sky is clouded, Kambash turns black. Its soft sloping bottom, clean sandy beaches, and sunny weather attract a lot of people on its shores.

In addition, local residents believe the lake's water has healing properties. They claim that swimming here significantly improves health and mood. The lake offers great opportunities for fishing: there are carp, pike, wels catfish, crucian carp, and bream. If you are not much of a fisher, then you can rest on a beach or take a swim in the lake's clear water.
