Eco-ethno-folk festival "Ubin chants"
Once more than 200 years ago, Old Believers moved to Rudny Altai, whose ancestral roots go to Poland. And the Old Believers themselves, and their descendants - the people are quite reticent, but once a year, before the haymaking, they become more accessible: they participate in “Ubinskie chants”, sing, lead round dances.
The goal of the festival is to revive the region's folklore heritage.
This is a common holiday in the open air in the foothills of the Western Altai.
