Kyz Jibek

Kazakh folk lyric-epic poem, the pearl of Kazakh folklore "Kyz-Zhibek" is a hymn of love. The love story of Tolegen from the Zhagalbaily race, the brave warrior, and the beauty Zhibek from the Shekty race, ends tragically because of inter-family strife. Tolegen is foully murdered by Bekezhan. Without a loved one and for Zhibek there is no life... Traditions that closely related to the life of the people such as - blessing (word blessing), curse, memorial song, sorrow, condolences, farewells, etc. are manifested in the play.
